Help with Paper Jams

Without knowing this printer specifically, a common cause of jams is paper curl. If the paper being used has a tendency to curl as the humidity changes, then a jam is very possible. This can be checked by observing the curl of the lot of paper in question at different humidities. It would be helpful to know where in the printer the jam is occurring and if the paper is curled in the feed tray before actually feeding. Commonly on smaller printers, the jam will occur right at the feed tray. Othertimes, it will occur at the fusing station, if this is a laser printer. Other causes include double feeds due to paper friction issues or static issues that cause the sheets to stick together. More information would be helpful to fully diagnose the problem.
