Survey Results
December 19, 2007

Okay, the "final" results are in from our "Fire the Successful Sales Rep" survey. If you missed it, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? Look back a few Blog entries and catch up, will ya?

According to my highly suspect figures, 52% of the respondents said, "Change the comp plan. Take the risk of losing the rep," 44% said, "Leave him alone"and 4% said, "Hillary Clinton has an Adam's Apple." (Those rascally Democrats. They just LOVE polls.)

Now, what I found interesting in this whole process is the fact that the numbers started at 68/32% and moved down to the 52/44/4% level as the polling went on. Far more Blog readers favored changing the plan. Once I opened the survey to the email sales tip recipients, the numbers skewed. Weird, huh?
