Three workers are dead and one injured after a recycled fiber storage tank exploded at a Packaging Corp. of America paper mill in Tomahawk, WI. The company says the workers were killed while performing maintenance on top of the tank.
A fourth employee, who was standing on a platform at a lower level of the tank, was injured. There were about 10 people working on the storage tank at the time of the explosion. The cause of the blast is still being investigated.
