End Seen for Impresse

Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Impresse Corporation, which created one of the industry's first collaborative e-procurement solutions, reportedly laid off 80 employees last month and apparently has shut down its operations. Evidently, an agreement between creditors and venture capitalists to refinance Impresse proved unsuccessful.
