Financial Printer For Two Markets

Command Financial Press of New York City and Hyway Printing Group of London plan to create a new joint-venture company to provide financial printing services for the growing number of transatlantic transactions and offerings.

Hyway Command is to be based in London, with duplicate operational staffs there and in New York. Typesetting and document management will be processed on a single common system.

Appointed executive vice president of Hyway Command is Richard Unger, formerly operations manager for Merrill Corporation in London and New York. He says both parent companies operate the largest press capacity in their respective markets.
