InnerWorkings Acquires Mikam Graphics

CHICAGO, (BUSINESS WIRE) -- InnerWorkings, Inc. (NASDAQ:INWK), a leading global provider of managed print and promotional solutions to corporate clients, announced today that it has acquired New York City-based Mikam Graphics, a leading print management firm.Mikam Graphics is a recognized leader in the publishing industry and specializes in the procurement and management of catalog, magazine, direct mail and commercial printing services. With headquarters in New York City, Mikam Graphics generated revenue of approximately $30 million in 2007 and has 17 employees, including six sales representatives. In addition to its publishing specialization, Mikam Graphics serves an impressive client roster across a range of business sectors, including retail, insurance, finance, travel, non-profit, communications and professional sports.
