-- Graphic Arts Online, 3/19/2008 10:13:00 AM

OTTAWA, ILL – With a new KBA six-color press on line and ready to go, Sigma Graphics, is ready to meet the growing demand from both package and commercial print markets. The new 40-inch press housed at Huston Patterson’s Special Products Division in Ottawa, Ill., features UV or aqueous in-line coating capabilities.

“Our new state-of-the-art press takes quality over the top,” says Sigma Graphics General Manager Jennifer Taylor. “When our clients tour our facility, they are blown away by our ability to deliver excellent color, dead-on registration and attention to detail every time.”

Sigma Graphics Director of Manufacturing Joe McCormick adds, “The new press assures a quick turnaround on our client’s jobs. Our employees are fully trained on the new KBA press and are taking full advantage of its capabilities. The press, combined with a high level of operator expertise, is taking quality to the highest level possible.”

According to Sigma Graphics and Huston Patterson’s Chief Operating Officer Stephen Frantz, the addition of the new KBA press allows Huston Patterson to offer two 40”, two 56” and two 64” presses. “The addition of the latest KBA press at Sigma Graphics helps us lead the industry in printing capabilities,” says Frantz. “Our clients expect nothing but the best from us, and we give nothing less. After all, they are our future.”

As a world-class printing organization, Sigma Graphics provides unparalleled value and performance through effective use of technology and craftsmanship by incorporating the unifying principles of trust, integrity and commitment. For more information, visit www.experiencetheevolution.com
