-- Graphic Arts Online, 11/1/2007 4:40:00 AM

Marysville, OH -October 10, 2007-- Univenture, Inc., the award winning inventor and manufacturer of a wide array of eco-friendly direct mail, packaging and document storage products, will display its EnvyPakT direct mail envelopes and mailers at the DMA07 Conference & Exhibition in Booth

#626 at McCormick Place West in Chicago, IL, October 13-17. Showcased will be Univenture's EcoEndureT products made from environmentally responsible materials. The company's exciting EcoEndureT product line provides alternative material options that meet specific environmental impact objectives.

"As a company, we are committed to finding better alternatives for products and processes that many people overlook. It comes as no surprise to us that plastic can be environmentally friendly and that we have the perfect technology for converting this film, made from sustainable or biodegradable resources, into effective mail, marketing and packaging products that will increase your ROI," said Ross Youngs, CEO of Univenture, Inc.

EcoEndureT

Responding to the world's concerns about sustainability in packaging, Univenture's unique manufacturing technologies allow most products to be made from a variety of alternative materials that allow for responsible choices. Univenture is committed to continually offering the best alternatives as new packaging materials become commercially available.

Univenture's current EcoEndureT product materials offerings are:

PLA (polylactic acid) film

Bags, sleeves and pockets can be made from EarthFirstR materials. This clear plastic film is made from NatureWorksR polymer, a renewable and sustainable plastic made from #2 field corn that presents packagers with a viable alternative to traditional petroleum-based materials. It is also certified compostable by the ASTM D6400 and DIN EN13432 standards at appropriate facilities.

Biodegradable polypropylene with EBD (enhanced bio decomposition) Direct mail envelopes, page products, disc packaging, UniKeepT binders and other molded products, including a variety of flexible packaging can all be manufactured using polypropylene that is biodegradable in aerobic and anaerobic conditions without resulting in toxic residue. Univenture's recyclable biodegradable polypropylene products maintain the clarity, durability and performance characteristics of our 100% recyclable polypropylene products, including critical COF and blocking characteristics of USPS-T3204 polywrap specifications.

100% polypropylene

All core Univenture products including Safety-sleeveR, UniKeepT and EnvyPakT are available in durable 100% polypropylene, designed to extend the useful life of the package by enabling the package to be retained and re-used for storage. Polypropylene is manufactured from clean technologies, avoiding the harmful gases that are created in the manufacturing and disposal of PVC. The finished poly product requires as much as 30% fewer resources than products made from other mixed materials. It is extremely stable and will not outgas, making it archival safe.

EnvyPakT
