W2P Patent Lawsuits Filed

Online printing giant VistaPrint filed a lawsuit for patent infringement against 123Print, Inc. and Drawing Board, Inc., subsidiaries of Taylor Corp. The patents at issue are for “Computerized Prepress Authoring for Document Creation,” “Browser-Based Computerized Prepress” and “Computerized Prepress.” VistaPrint wants to halt both from offering online print services that infringe on the patent, and is seeking damages. www.vistaprint.com
