httprint Alliance Strengthens Foothold in the Midwest

httprint.com Inc., San Francisco, announced a global alliance with Coyle Print Group Inc., Chicago, to jointly market their services. Under the agreement, httprint will provide Coyle with an e-commerce platform and private-label-branded Web site.

The site will be a communications and production tool enabling Coyle to process requests for quotes, view and proof documents, generate reports, and issue purchase orders to vendors in real time.

"Coyle is the leading print production firm in the Midwest, which is one of the largest print markets in the country, so this alliance gives us representation in a crucial area," reasons httprint president and chief executive Mark Porter.

httprint, which in September acquired Boston-based PrintConnect, an Internet-based customer relationship management service, is a global, on-line print e-marketplace intended to strengthen the process of buying, selling, and managing print.
