Systems Technology Inc. is a new company that was formed a few weeks ago by the buyout by existing management of the Baldwin Stobb division from Baldwin Technology Company, Shelton, Conn.
The firm, which is based in a 45,000-sq-ft facility in San Bernardino, Calif., offers stackers, stacker bundlers, palletizers, hopper loads, and other signature-handling systems.
President John G. St. John says that, for growth, the company aims to expand its high-speed packaging systems for the book, video, and music distribution industry.
