Printing Giants Battle in Court

Quebecor World Inc., Montreal, filed a law suit against R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, Chicago, and three of its former employees, to prohibit them from disclosing—and Donnelley from using—trade secrets. The suit was filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, IL. Quebecor World says it will prosecute the action aggressively.
