On January 1, 2005, Kodak's Graphic Communications Group, which presently includes Encad, Kodak Versamark, and NexPress, will take on the company's Document Products & Services Group, which markets high-speed document scanners, microfilm, and worldwide service and support.
The documents unit is part of Kodak's Commercial Imaging Group, whose elements are being merged into other company operations following the recent sale of a large portion of its business.
