Keim-Additec Surface, GmbH, Kirchberg, Germany, has announced the formation of Keim-Additec Surface USA, LLC, based in Chicago. The company specializes in the production of high-quality wax dispersions and emulsions for the graphic arts and coatings industries.
Imaging products manufacturer Charrette, Woburn, Mass., has acquired certain assets of Graphic Resources Corporation (GRC), a Garden Grove, Calif.-based company that provides technical services and graphics media and equipment to engineering and graphics customers.
Böwe Systec International GmbH, parent company of Roll Systems, Inc., announced that the operations of Roll Systems will merge with those of the Strålfors Lasermax division.
