Prism Award
Staff -- graphic arts online, 7/1/2004
Last month in New York City, Don Logan, chairman of the Media & Communications Group of Time Warner and responsible for Time Inc. and America Online, received the 19th annual Prism Award.
The honor was presented at a luncheon, attended this year by nearly 500 people, to benefit New York University's Center for Graphic Communications Management and Technology. In all, $260,000 was raised for the center.
At the event, John W. Dreyer, formerly chief executive of Pitman Company, received the organization's Lifetime Achievement Award, and Manuel De Torres, chief executive of Metro Packaging & Imaging, received the Distinguished Service Award.
Twenty-five companies sponsored the event.
