New York Printers Merge

Staff -- graphic arts online, 3/1/2004

NEW YORK CITY—Tanagraphics Inc. and Seybert Nicholas Printing Group, L.P. agreed to merge. The combined company, to be named TanaSeybert, will be 50% owned by Eric Bernstein, Jimmy Nicholas, and their Seybert Nicholas Partners; and 50% owned by David and Alice Jurist, president and senior vice president of Tanagraphics.

TanaSeybert will provide commercial and digital printing, advertising prepress services, and bindery and mailing services. The company also will offer a full range of Internet services including design, development, and custom software packages for graphics applications.
