DAYTON, OH—The Relizon Company, a supplier of business process solutions for document management, billing, and relationship marketing, purchased GBF InfoSystems, Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
GBF InfoSystems, with facilities in Portland, Me., and Manchester, N.H., is a forms distributor that bills over $3 million annually from banking, health care, and commercial accounts.
Plans call for GBF and Relizon offices in Portland and Manchester to be consolidated.
