Asset Buyout

Champion Industries, Inc., Huntington, W.Va., has bought certain assets of Cox Printing Company, Inc., Lexington, Ky., a printer of specialty magazines. Champion chairman Marshall T. Reynolds called the transaction "a great opportunity to add some incremental sales to our Lexington division. This business fits well with our current prepress and production facilities."

Champion, a commercial printer, forms manufacturer, and office products supplier in its region, reports annual sales of $125 million.
