Agfa-Gevaert announced that Bayer AG has sold its remaining 30% stake in the Belgian company to Goldman Sachs, which plans to resell the shares to institutional investors. The sale is expected to result in a tax-free gain of about $187 million.

Heidelberg announced that it had produced at its Wiesloch, Germany facility the company's 100,000th Printmaster GTO 52 printing unit, which will be part of a four-color press being shipped to Logus Éditora Grafica, São Paulo, Brazil.

Montreal-based Transcontinental Interactive announced that it will consolidate its U.S. interactive marketing operations into a 220,000-square-foot former U.S. Navy complex in Warminster, Pa.

Xeikon International has moved its headquarters in Belgium from Mortsel to a new 590,000-square-foot facility in Lier.

Colter & Peterson, Inc. announced that it has finalized an agreement to acquire three-knife trimmer distributor Amatco USA.

Weyerhaeuser Company announced that it plans to close its Denver packaging facility and two engineered lumber products operations (in Simsboro, La. and Woodburn, Ore.) from Willamette Industries, which it acquired in March of this year for $7.8 billion.

Presstek, Inc., which announced in May that it had realigned itself into two business units—direct imaging and computer-to-plate—said that these changes would result in the termination of approximately 20% of its employees. Further, as part of the company's restructuring efforts, which are expected to yield an aggregate annualized cost savings of approximately $8.2 million, Presstek plans to consolidate its Hampshire Drive research and development facility into its main Executive Drive operations in Hudson, N.H.

Pantone, Inc. announced the formation of a new division called Pantone Custom Color Services, which has been created to provide custom color standards for corporate managers and art directors in the fashion, home, contract design, paint, beauty, automotive, sports, and pharmaceutical industries.

Cooper Printing, Fairfield, N.J., has installed a six-pocket Vijuk 321-T saddle stitching system with in-line punch and two-position hand feed station.

priNexus Inc. has announced its acquisitions of digital and production services provider Color by Pergamet, New York City, and Direct Group and Direct Fulfillment, Swedesboro, N.J.
