Esko-Graphics is the new name for Barco Purup-Eskofot, the Belgian and Danish prepress companies that recently merged. Also, Kim Graven-Nielsen was named chief executive.
Flint Ink Corporation, Ann Arbor, Mich., has announced a combination merger and acquisition agreement with Gebrüder Schmidt GmbH, a major ink manufacturer in Germany. The firms will merge their European operations, while Flint Ink will acquire Gebrüder Schmidt's operations in Canada. When approved, the transaction will create one of the three largest ink companies in Europe, with revenue of about $400 million and some 1,500 employees.
Terry A. Tevis has been appointed president and chief executive of Pluzynski Associates, Inc., New York City. Ed Pluzynski continues as chairman of the agency, which designs and produces catalogs, direct mail, and collateral for major retailers.

CM Acquisitions LLC, Chicago, has purchased Bannockburn, Ill.-based American Roller Company, which will continue to operate under the same name but relocate its corporate headquarters to Union Grove, Wis.
Edward J. Marino has succeeded Robert W. Hallman as president and chief executive of Presstek, Inc., Hudson, N.H.
