Purchase Expands Product & Service Mix

LISLE, ILL.—Wallace has acquired Thomas Packaging Corporation, Avon Lake, Ohio, a manufacturer of prime labels, regulatory labels, and inserts, which bills annual sales of $6.4 million and employs 62 people. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This acquisition expands Wallace's product and service mix for producers and distributors of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, animal health products, over-the-counter drugs, agrochemical, and specialty chemical products.

Wallace, with annual sales of $1.7 billion, produces forms, labels, direct response, and commercial print products.
