To help businesses and service bureaus manage highly targeted and personalized business mailings, San Jose, Calif.-based L2 Solutions offers its DigitaL2 solution, a Web-based tool designed to enable the cost-effective use of existing demographic and psychographic information to customize correspondence and direct mail.
Says the manufacturer, DigitaL2 addresses the challenges of document storage and creation on the fly, as well as that of monetizing data on customers, suppliers, and business residing within the enterprise's networks and applications.
The tool is said to enable enterprises to create sophisticated and personalized documents based upon customer information so as to more effectively target mail recipients. DigitaL2 also is built to verify mailing information to ensure speedy delivery, thus cutting costs by reducing the number of undeliverable pieces of mail.
