    New Mitsubishi 10 color perfecting printing press with Grafix UV system

    DOWNERS GROVE, IL- November 10, 2009) - Versatile Card Technology, Inc. (VCT), a leader in plastic card manufacturing, announced some major developments in their Downers Grove, IL facility, both in terms of equipment and expansion.

    VCT has completed their expansion by adding 30,000 sq feet of production space and 5,000 of office space in their Downers Grove, IL location.

    The new floor space is occupied by the new Mitsubishi 10 color perfecting printing press with Grafix UV system. In addition, a new Sakurai silkscreen line has been added to VCT's existing state-of-the-art equipment.

    Suresh Kumar, V.P. Smart Card Operations at VCT, was delighted with the development and commented, "The additional space truly gives us increased flexibility and scalability we need in terms of servicing our clients' requests. The investment in new presses once again proves our commitment to cutting edge technology and reaffirms our approach to our customers."

    Both the presses have been installed and are fully operational at the current time.
