RIVERSIDE, Calif. & LONDON--Perpetual Publishers, a privately held digital publisher in the United States, and YUDU Media, the UK's leading provider of digital publishing solutions, have entered into a partnership to develop digital editions for small businesses in the Untied States. The partnership makes Perpetual Publishers the preferred partner for developing digital content for franchise systems across the US.

Using YUDU's robust platform, Perpetual Publishers will create marketing materials, operations manuals, human resource manuals, newsletters, competitive analysis, franchise disclosure documents and annual reports. E-publishing dramatically cuts printing costs and allows distribution beyond what can be achieved on a business's normal printing budget.

"I would put YUDU's user intuitive publishing system against any other in the industry," said Dick Rennick, President & CEO of Perpetual Publishers. "From fast load times, quick and easy page updates, reader window branding to giving our clients complete control of their pages, we are delighted that our product is powered by YUDU."

Richard Stephenson, CEO of YUDU Media, says: "Our Partnership with Perpetual Publishers comes at a time of huge expansion in the US Market. We're delighted to have a team headed up by someone with as much experience in the franchise industry as Dick Rennick as our preferred partner for that industry."

Perpetual Publishers will market YUDU Media's digital publishing solution under the name Perpetual Publishers. In addition to video, audio and Flash active media, the solution offers ‘an accessible version that can integrate with screen readers; search and archive functions; bookmarking and reader page notes; digital catalog order forms (that can integrate and connect directly to a shopping cart); a digital rights management tool; third-party subscription/payment and full statistics package.
