CSG Tests Large Transpromo Project for Cable Firm
InfoPrint Solutions works with digital printing and online service firm in project at CSG Florida plant.

and produces over 700 million statements annually. Transpromo, short for transpromotional printing, refers to the nascent market initiative of embedding marketing on business communications, such as statements and invoices, usually done in a single pass on a digital color press.
The Transpromo campaign yielded a 27% increase in registrants to the cable operator’s digital phone service, according to CSG senior VP output solutions Pam Sellenrick. "In a short eight weeks, we worked closely with InfoPrint to ensure accurate data analytics, create controllable content and achieve manageable results,” says Sellenrick. "We validated the importance of leveraging color for one-to-one communications.”

, printing the run at at InfoPrint's Boulder tech center. That eight-week program resulted in a 500% increase in Best Western co-branded MasterCard registrations, InfoPrint says.
