CIT Serves as Financial Advisor in Sale of PBM Graphics

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 5, 2008--Edgeview Partners, a CIT company, today announced that PBM Graphics, Inc. (PBM), a leading producer of trading cards and other commercial printed materials, was acquired by Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: CGX). Financial terms were not disclosed.
PBM founder Terry L. Pegram retained Edgeview Partners to serve as exclusive financial advisor. Pegram and his management team will continue to lead PBM following its acquisition by Consolidated Graphics.
