Graph Expo: Glorious in Black and White

One-color works gets its digital due, as Xerox demos the abilities of its 125-ppm printers to hold halftones with sample runs at Graph Expo, which opens Sunday Oct. 26 in Chicago. Posters and a "Home of the Original Monsters” 56-page booklet with squarefold, stitching and trimming applications, developed in conjunction with Universal Studios, use images from classic black-and-white movies such as Frankenstein, The Mummy, and Creature from the Black Lagoon. The finishing applications debut at the show.
Conventional offset will be widely present at the show, with new press technologies debuted by a wide range of exhibitors. Show managers surveyed offset press manufacturers that will be at Graph Expo to catalog the running systems
