fall out. The company reports it has successfully completed a restructuring, expanded its technologies and services, and changed its name to Paramount Performance Marketing—to reflect its evolution to a marketing services firm.

Beyond print, the company now offers clients online storefronts and use of personalized URLS. The online storefronts allow clients to order company-branded printed materials. "The printing industry across the country is changing," says CEO and president Jon Cummins. "Paramount has been working diligently for more than five years to adapt and evolve. Our customers are looking for innovative solutions in this tight economy."
of the Jacksonville Lean Consortium, a group of business that are committed to lean business practices. The company also prints election ballots and says it operates one of the highest-volume private ballot production facilities in the nation—and is certified by all three major optical scan-voting machine manufacturers.
