Lori Campbell, General Manager for The Label Printers, headquartered in Aurora, IL, was recently elected to the Board of Directors of TLMI (Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute). Ms. Campbell has been with The Label Printers since 1982, and is responsible for all of the company’s sales, marketing, and manufacturing functions. She attended Eastern Illinois University, graduating with a BA in Political Science.
Ms. Campbell has been a member of the Education and Industry Trends Committees at TLMI. She was one of two panelists chosen for the “Converter Panel of Excellence” for Label Expo held in Rosemont, IL (suburban Chicago). And, she was responsible for formulating content and bringing in speakers on the subjects of “Pressroom of the Future” and “Security and Brand Protection Day”. In Ms. Campbell’s position with The Label Printers, she is uniquely suited to address those topics. The Label Printers’ role as the supplier of holographic labels to UL (with color-shifting ink, and overt/covert security features) gives TLP a level of expertise in brand security and anti-counterfeiting technology that is second to none in the industry.
In addition to her Board and committee duties, Ms. Campbell will be a Session Chairperson for the 2009 TLMI Technical Conference scheduled for Chicago.
