Pace Industries Receives GPEC Environmental Award
Exhibiting environmental leadership, Pace encourages green printing and technology, wins award.

Reedsburg, WI— Pace Industries Inc receives the Society of Plastic Engineer’s Chairman’s Award for leadership in environmental practices at the annual Global Plastic Environmental Conference (GPEC).
As recognition to corporations and other institutions that exhibit environmental leadership and excellence, the Society of Plastic Engineer’s (SPE) Plastics Environmental Division annually presents ten awards. These ten categories range from new developments in raw materials, technology, finished goods to energy conservation. Pace Industries, who takes a comprehensive approach to environmental products and practices was awarded the all encompassing Chairman’s Award for their extensive environmental commitment.
The premise of the original nomination demonstrated Pace’s focus on the “4R’s” of Reduce,
Reuse, Recycle and Replace (with Replace being a corporate coined addition). These 4 R’s are both a guide and motivation to employees to look within their area of expertise when working with internal and external suppliers and customers.
