  • InnerWorkings Acquires UK-Based etrinsic Print Outsource Firm (Press Release)

    CHICAGO, May 12, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- InnerWorkings, Inc. (NASDAQ:INWK), a leading provider of managed print and promotional solutions to corporate clients in the United States, announced today that it has acquired United Kingdom-based etrinsic, a leading provider of print management and marketing services to many of the UK's most successful organizations.
    etrinsic is among the 20 largest print management companies in the UK and generated revenue of approximately $44 million in 2007. With headquarters in Birmingham, it has over 100 employees, including 15 sales representatives providing nationwide coverage. Currently, etrinsic serves an impressive client roster across a range of business sectors, including utilities, retail, travel and leisure and financial services. etrinsic's expansive supplier network will enhance InnerWorkings' global supplier base.
